So, DBK’s software team collaborated and designed a tracking application that not only allows customers to track their equipment, it provides reporting, repair history, warranty checks and more.

DBK’s ServTrack™ will also show you the status of units that are in for service. You will have the ability to search and view the repair history of your unit by serial number, etc. Receiving reports, as well as shipping reports are available. All reports can be downloaded in Excel Spreadsheet Format for ease of use. All passwords are tied in with the customer’s specific information and will not allow viewing of other customer orders on the system.
