in 1989, DBK has gained
a strategic market
position for bar code
scanning, route accounting,
wireless data capture
equipment, bar code
printing, depot maintenance
and the services to
integrate these solutions.
We are now hiring
1 - 2 Account Executives
to expand our North
American marketplace.
DBK
Concepts, Inc. represents
the leading manufacturers
in our market segment,
but in addition to
selling the best new
products in the industry,
we can also buy back
customer’s old
equipment, or sell
refurbished equipment
to keep their legacy
supply chain management
system running. Our
products and services
and are required by
manufacturing, distribution,
transportation, logistics,
retail and any other
business enterprise
that use data collection
and portable computing
to manage their business.
Some
of our vendors and
products we re-sell
or service include:
Symbol Technologies,
Telxon, Intermec,
PSC, HHP, Unitech,
Cipher Lab, Zebra
Technologies, MB Tech,
Comtec, Cisco, and
many others.
We
offer RF site survey,
project management,
implementation services,
custom software and
various maintenance
service programs to
get these systems
up and running, and
to keep these systems
running for a long
time.
Qualifications
• The ability
to work from their
own virtual office.
• Knowledge
of warehousing &
distribution, route
accounting or supply
chain management solutions
is helpful.
• Commitment
to making a high level
of prospecting telephone
calls and willingness
to dig for projects
and opportunities
where money can be
made.
• Ability to
develop customers
primarily over the
telephone.
• Ability to
call all key decision
makers within an account:
Upper Management (President,
CEO, CIO, IT Manager),
Operations Management,
Project Management,
Regional Materials
Management, and Facility
Managers.
• Prior 2 years
or more of sales or
sales support experience,
with a proven track
record of success.
• Experience
with scanning, batch
& RF data collection
and bar code printing
applications from
manufacturers such
as: SYMBOL TECHNOLOGIES,
TELXON, INTERMEC,
PSC, LXE, HHP, ZEBRA,
UNITECH, or similar
products.
• Experience
with bar code and
radio frequency (RF)
data capture equipment.
• Ability to
discuss budgets and
money openly.
• Experience
with CRM, WORD, EXCEL,
and using on-line
business systems for
inventory, order status
and account information
is required.
