to track their equipment while
it was in for repair. So, DBK’s
software team collaborated and
designed a proprietary application
that not only allowed customers
to track their equipment, it
provided reporting, repair history,
warranty checks and more.
DBK’s
ServTrackTM will also show you
the status of the units that
are in for service. You will
have the ability to search and
view the repair history of your
unit by serial number, etc.
Receiving reports, as well as
shipping reports are available.
All reports can be downloaded
in Excel Spreadsheet Format
for ease of use. All passwords
are tied in with the customer’s
specific information and will
not allow viewing of other customer
orders on the system.
