Depot Express Service

Maintaining a stock of your equipment in our warehouse facility allows DBK to guarantee the return of your equipment in 24 hours or less when you use the “DBK Depot Express” service contract.

Along with an "Equipment Repair Log" provided by DBK, you will send your damaged equipment in for immediate service. Including 100% parts, labor, and shipping costs to and from your location, this program helps to minimize loss of production that would otherwise occur with a leisurely repair service. DBK's technical service department is composed of over 80 certified technicians and 10 highly skilled electrical engineers who work in two shifts in order to get units out as fast as they come in. Once the unit is repaired and put through vigorous testing by our Quality Control Department, the unit is then delivered to your depot.

Each unit will be shipped to you using our customized foam shipping containers, which virtually eliminate any “out of box” failures. Based on a product model/per unit, the service cost may be invoiced on an annual, quarterly, or monthly basis. This contract may be customized by removing the "express", making the turnaround time 3-5 days.
