Equipment Recovery

DBK provides 24/7 customer support and national equipment retrieval services to make it simple for customers to return damaged, defunct or temporary replacement equipment. At the time you receive your Spare-in-the-Air replacement, our carrier will pick up the broken unit and return it to DBK for repair. The unit then goes into your depot inventory pool to be deployed when necessary.
