Depot Maintenance Contract
At one low price, the “Depot Maintenance” service contract covers 100% parts and labor including return, airfreight, and customized shipping containers with a 3-5 day turn around time. The customer sends units to the DBK repair facility along with an “Equipment Repair Log” that we provide. Once received by DBK, our manufacturer-certified technicians will repair the unit(s) and then send it to our Quality Control Department to be tested. Each unit will then be shipped back to the customer using our customized foam shipping containers virtually eliminating any “out of box” failures. The service cost is based on quantity and product model.
DBK's Depot Maintenance Services
Data collection and inventory management solutions require periodic maintenance to ensure they are functioning properly.
DBK Concepts offers our customers a convenient, cost-effective Depot Maintenance service option that covers all parts and labor as well as two-way shipping in customized containers to return your unit to you safely. Best of all, we’ll perform all work within a 3- to 5-day turnaround time so you can get back up and running at full capacity faster.
Here’s how it works:
- We provide you with an equipment repair log where you can outline any issues you’re experiencing with your product. Fill it out and send it to us along with the unit in question.
- Once we receive your unit, our manufacturer-certified technicians will go over your issues and perform extensive testing to isolate the issue and develop a repair plan. We’ll perform any software updates or other required maintenance to ensure your system is up-to-date on its regular service.
- After completing the initial work, we send your unit to our quality control department, where another set of technicians perform a comprehensive inspection to ensure all problems have been addressed.
- We then ship the unit back to you using specialized foam containers that eliminate the risk of “out-of-box” equipment failure. You’ll also receive a detailed receipt outlining all the work that was completed and any recommendations to avoid issues in the future.
DBK Depot Maintenance customers receive all the above for a single flat fee, determined by the product model and the number of machines affected.
